Return Exchange

Email customer service at service [email protected] and include your:Order number & Return or exchange request with a picture of the product, if necessary.

A tracking number and receipt of the returned package is required. It will help us track and process the return.

Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  1. Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
  2.  Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  3. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service. The return shipping address will be emailed to you. Items must be shipped back to that address
  4. Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged.
  5. Please notice that Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  6. Products sold as Top or Bottom separately are only allowed for exchange.
  7. All accessories (Anklet, Backpack, Beach Towel, Bracelets, Earrings, Necklace) are not refundable and returnable, only if there is any quality problem.
  8. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns.
  9. Bikini sets must be returned with both top and bottom.
  10. Customer service may offer a cash coupon for your return. Please note, items purchased with coupons are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  11. Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 5-7 business days to process.
